I know, crazy how fast they grow! The one doesn't have any tail feathers...does that mean a possible Cockerel?

Yes. My pullet is successfully sat, hatched (2/23&24) and is raising her 3 chicks. She sat 6 eggs(2 from her 1/2 sister). 2 didn't hatch; one chicks was accidently tromped on. 3 living and doing well at 5 weeks old.
