Are you sure that is a specked sussex? I have never seen one that looked like that, all of mine have a Brown "V" on their heads, black eyeliner and chipmunk strips. That guy looks really light!

See two in pic, the brown ones are speckled sussex. They are true to form (I mean in personalty, they are hatchery so not SQ) and they are the friendliest out of the group. When my daughter goes to pic them up they run over, then stand still so she can get them. They then snuggle in and go to sleep in her lap. LOL!! I LOVE this breed!

That's what I was told it was and I cant imagine the person lieng to me because I stay in touch with them as I gt the mother hen and others from her.

The one on my avatar is a Welsummer, what other type could mine be?

The chicks are from the parents at the farm and they just looked like normal speckled ssussex...
