I'm looking to get some Speckled Sussex, but I don't want to go with a hatchery. Anyone here get theirs from a good breeder or can recommend one? Skyline Poultry raises them in Tennessee. Anyone have any of his?

I have never heard of them before. Honestly, I would be leery of purchasing from a website with no photos of their stock. But that's just me. They may have great stock, but there are no pictures. I find that odd.

Too Cute Jeremy!!! just bought coro eggs. Last hatch of the season. (And I soooo... wanted your eggs. Kicking myself... maybe I'll drive to Oakland when gas goes down!!!! ) I'm pairing them with my light sussex. What are your plans? Are you just keeping or are you planning on breeding?
