My friend just baught six light sussex hens from a poultry sale he got all six for £72 wich i think is really good but one of them had black speckles over its back, is that normal?

Do you have a picture? Not normally normal, but some don't like to be normal. It could be pure but PQ or it could be crossed. It is really hard to tell by black speckles over its back. Could you be maybe a little more specific...how big are the speckles?...where at on its back? But The best thing would be a picture.
