Then that info could be given to the partner without risk of ruining the surprise? I think that was the problem with my partner and her message did not get to me. For example, I have to really know when to expect my eggs that are shipped so I can have the PO stop my mail for a couple days because otherwise, they will get put in my mailbox, ugghh! So I could let someone know that and that person relay that info to my partner. My swap partner can then notify the swap capt or whatever when the eggs ship and that info could be relayed to me.

I mean I have no problem with everyone just posting it on the thread, like "my eggs went out to someone in MS today" for example. Not everyone will have issues like that so I am sure it would not have to be a separate person, but if you need me to be that person, I will volunteer, since it was my suggestion.

Don't you put the phone # on the box and then your PO will call when they are there? I always put my phone # on the box and they keep it until I pick it up - they just give me a call when it gets there.
