Would Easter Eggers for this swap be considered "large fowl mix" or "large fowl pure"
Also would sexlinks like RIR Red roo x Barred Rock hen be considered mix or pure for the definition of this swap?

both would be considered large fowl mix, as neither is a recognized breed. HTH
