The temp. in my incubator was at 94F for 15 min will it ruin my hatch?

The humidity in my incubator was to high so I tuned it off and took out the eggs. When I turned on the bator it was at 94 degrees for 15 minutes will it effect my hatch?

I tried that, but the humidity was soooooo high I decided to dump out the water, and it worked!
