“We are restocking on herbs in case of injury, I need to have the essentials to treat wounds if the battle patrol comes back injured. Yes, we do need cobwebs and dock. Burdock root as well, it is especially useful for bites, particularly rat bites. I’m also in search of beech nuts, their oil can be directly applied to wounds for battling and preventing infection. We also need more marigold. Do you remember what marigold is used for?” Winterfire asked.

Beetlepaw rolled her eyes at her mentor's explanation "I know, I know, we always have to be prepared." She then sighed "Of course I know what marigold is used for, that one is super easy to know! It's used to stop infections and bleeding..." she paused in thought "...And it's good on joints too!" She recalled proudly and surely.

“Very good.” Winterfire mewed. “The infusion of marigold flowers can also be used to prevent seizures.”

Beetlepaw nods, being sure to take in the information. "Oh right, that's true. Marigold is pretty useful so I guess we better collect enough for emergencies." She meowed thoughtfully as she scented the air to check for herbs.

Winterfire nodded distractedly as she caught the scent of burdock root. “Do you scent anything?” She asked her apprentice.

Beetlepaw lifted her head higher to catch a better scent, her nose noting the leafy scent in the air "Dock? No it has a tangy scent though it does grow well in leafy areas." She noted as she turned her head, looking to scent a plant they were looking for "Burdock root?" She asked unsure.

Sunpaw darted in behind it, swiping at it's back. Goldenstar pummeled it's back with her powerful hind legs. The badger bucked, trying to dislodge her but her front claws were sunk in deep to keep her where she was.
