~The Threat of The Shadows~ A Warrior Cat RP

Sunpaw saw her and stifled some laughter. She sidled up next to her and laid on her back as well, sticking her paws up wordlessly
Quailpaw continued to lay there in silence for a few minutes. "Nice to meet you," she said, not looking at Sunpaw. She got up, gave her a sideways glance, and trotted away.
He returned the lick before he bounded off to the nursery and snuggled beside Mintpetal, purring.

Once Goldenstar saw that most of the cats had gathered, she called "Brightcloud, Crowfoot, Hickoryshade, Sunpaw, Aspenfall, Quailpaw, Bluefrost, Winterfire, Beetlepaw, and (Beetlepaw's sister, I forgot her name), will be going to the gathering."
Skykit purred and nuzzled her. "Goodnight, Mom." He purred, falling asleep.

Goldenstar hopped down and waited for the cats to gather. Once they did, she set a swift pace towards Fourtrees
Crowfoot went to a corner of the clearing and started watching cats from other Clans.

Sunpaw joined a group of RiverClan apprentices

Brightcloud took his spot below the ThunderClan tree

Goldenstar took her spot in the tree

Aspenfall joined a group of WindClan warriors
Quailpaw sat at the edge of the crowd, looking around at the other cats there in interest.

Sunpaw waved her tail invitingly at Quailpaw, spotting her alone. She exchanged a quick word with the RiverClan cats and they all nodded. "Quailpaw, come join us!" Sunpaw called to her

Quailpaw trotted over, sitting down and wrapping her tail around her paws, the tip of it twitching. "So, how's the prey in Riverclan?" She asked casually.

"Very well." A grey she-cat meowed. "We haven't seen a single fox in moons!" She boasted. "And I caught the biggest fish yesterday!" A mottled brown tom piped up. "How's the prey running in ThunderClan?" The grey she-cat said, ignoring her denmate

"Foxes are a threat in the forest?" Quailpaw asked, ears picking up a bit. "I wouldn't know; I only just joined Thunderclan." She replied to the grey cat.

"Well... yeah. Foxes are a threat to all the Clans." She tilted her head slightly "Have you never seen or smelled a fox before?"

Sunpaw watched the exchange with pricked ears, prepared to step in if Quailpaw accidentally started giving away too much information

"Of course I've smelled one before! Do I look like a kitten?" Quailpaw scoffed, not seeming to know that was exactly what she looked like. "I just didn't think there were enough of them to provide a threat to a clan full of cats. Foxes aren't even that big."

The she-cat purred amusedly. "No need to get your fur all ruffled." She said with a twitch of her whiskers. "Foxes can easily kill a cat with one bite. Of course they're a threat."
