~The Threat of The Shadows~ A Warrior Cat RP

Bluefrost was proud of her enthusiasm. “Let’s head to the training hollow.” She mewed, padding from camp.
Sunpaw followed her happily
Nightblaze padded into the nursery, a plump thrush hanging from his jaws, he lowered his broad shoulders to brush Riverlight’s soft cheek after setting down the prey. A soft purr began from Riverlight’s chest, “Thank you.” She tucked neatly into the thrush as five sets of tiny paws began kneading her belly.
Skykit mewled, wondering who the other scent belonged to.

Sunpaw nodded enthusiastically.
“Before I show you any specific battle moves, I want to see your natural reactions and physical response. Now, I’m going to attack you, claws sheathed of course, and do your best to throw me off balance with whatever knowledge you have.” Once more, Bluefrost inquired, “Are you ready?”

"Yes!" She nodded after planting her feet firmly and positioned her tail so she wouldn't be thrown off-balance when Bluefrost jumped at her.

Bluefrost leaped forward, at the last minute twisting to the left and knocking Sunpaw’s forepaws from under her.
She hissed under her breath and quickly re balanced herself. She lunged at Bluefrost as soon as she landed so she didn't have time to balance fully and quickly jabbed her forepaws, hoping to knock them out from under her.

Bluefrost responded with a well practiced roll to the right, getting to her feet instantaneously, her light brown eyes fixed on Sunpaw, anticipating her apprentice’s next move.

She stared back for half a second, figuring out what to do and then rammed straight into her flank, causing herself to get a headache.
