Thunder crashed into NightHawk's belly as he reared up, head first, attempting to catch him off guard. Then, he bounded off to RedRiver, shoving her back in the proper direction of his herd.

Loose ropes were tossed over Thunders head, going taunt as the Indian controlling them pulled his own horse back hard. Not before NightHawk could get in another blow into the competing stallions side, leaving him to prepare for another assult.

Thunder thrashed in his ropes, attempting to pierce NightHawk's flesh with his teeth.

Thunder tossed his long, curly mane and snorted angrily, pulling his ears back again. "Let me go," he growled, attempting to kick at his human captor.
