OK, back from my elliptical. went 1.7 miles in half an hour, a tiny step up from last time. Then I did the 8 lb dumbbells and some ab work. No binging today either. I'm feeling the muscles getting harder but seeing too much flab yet (but moving in the right direction)!
I've been up and going for nearly 48hrs straight, w/ two almost 2 hr naps during that time, I'm pretty sure I ate during that time, but can't quite remember what right now. I usually take a nap on Fri. (I work a 24 hr shift on thur and sat) but today was 70 degrees outside so I couldn't make myself sleep through that, had to go out and enjoy it, we don't get many 70' days in Jan.
