I have been so bad... afraid of getting on the scales![]()
I had a crazy work out today. 45 minutes on the elliptical, 3 different arm exercises with free weights, and my medicine ball ab routine. Not to mention I cleaned out the entire coup and disinfected a bunch of stuff for my chicks that are coming soon. And I starting building my brooder. I am really regretting doing all of this in one day- I hurt![]()
I'm at 160, but was at 158.5 a few days ago.. I'm trying not to stress about the fluctuation. I do need to cut back on the snacking, though. I just get so dang hungry with my small portions! I have been doing well with excercising, at least.![]()
