The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

I haven't been doing my yoga for a week or so, but I've been helping to demolish a condemed home for enough wood to build a new chicken coop. (helping my brother anyway) I haven't had as much time on the computer this week.

I had a crazy work out today. 45 minutes on the elliptical, 3 different arm exercises with free weights, and my medicine ball ab routine. Not to mention I cleaned out the entire coup and disinfected a bunch of stuff for my chicks that are coming soon. And I starting building my brooder. I am really regretting doing all of this in one day- I hurt

That is a lot. feel better soon! Lucky you, getting chicks! What kind?
I'd LOVE to be sitting out somewhere in nice weather, watching ducklings swim with their mom!

Don;t worry this thread isn;t going to die!!!!!!! Were just all gearing ourselves up for it right now.
It is only mid January and this is the time that everyone goes a wee bit flat on the old diet stuff. It will start to pick up again especially as the days get brighter and we all start eating RABBIT FOOD!

Now don;t be beating yourselves up over not keeping to a programme. We are just here to encourage eachother and advise on food and all that so not to worry quite yet! I am doing better in that I started to take the Dogs walking every morning! Then one of the dogs got a real bad back injury which we didn;t know how he did it. So he can;t walk out for now and then I had the cold these last few days so it kind of knocked me back a few days. But I am up for trying again next week. We just all have to get the old noses to the grind stone and work at it all. I am sure we have a good chance of getting there this time round.

I'm at 160, but was at 158.5 a few days ago.

. I'm trying not to stress about the fluctuation. I do need to cut back on the snacking, though. I just get so dang hungry with my small portions! I have been doing well with excercising, at least.
No snacking for me!

I get that problem to chicks. I get really good and then a few days of feeling sick with the cold and I eat like crazy!!!! I love to snack it is such a bad habbit to break so I am trying to put more fruit out on show and that way it has less impact if I dive for an apple instaed of the chocolate bar or bag of crisps.
