I only saw three bantams so far, probably those two has died or gone. Two girls and one boy! I know I got three LF boys and the rest of them are girls.

It was so wet this morning and ran out to take a quick pic of them. They are so ugly! Can't wait for them to get goreous!

All the gang here, come and get it! You can see my LF Welsummer Spring (a four year old) and two of Welsummer Bantams (a year old, from German lines).

This is Sarah (Black Orp Bantam/mommy) and Nate's chicks, they are getting BIG, almost half the size of Sarah.

It won't be long she would be kicking them to get the heck away from her LOL!

Yes he is cute but I am certain he is the TOP dog in the chick flock. He and his three brothers, did alot of chest bumping and play fight while Sarah (Orp Mom) steps in and peck their little heads off for being naughty!

You got a good batch! Most of my hatches have been over 60% HENS... Some more than that!

The 7 babies are doing good-eating and drinking well. We took a couple of pictures, we think we have 5 girls and 2 boys.

We think the 5 that look like this are girls:

We think the 2 that look like this are boys: the other one has even less markings on his head.

they are quick and of course didn't feel like holding still

so DD had to gentle contain them!
