I see 3 pullets......top row of chicks, pullets are the middle chick and chick in the corner, bottom row...pullet is next to the red waterer. They are too cute!

And for the blonde chick, no, it is not normal...which breeder did that chick come from? It would be culled out or if it is a pullet, egg layer only. Throwbacks DO occur but we highly recommend you don't breed more Welsummers out of that blonde chick. Even it lays dark eggs, it won't hurt to use her for Olive Egger project if you incline to start up some.
