YouWhat do we start with?
"Hi I'm lily, lily clucked, we rescued you from the farm ,what's your name?"she asked.Nothing could have prepared Bonnie for this. Inside, it had been cramped, smelly, and painful. Out here, a cool breeze toyed with her feathers, her nostrils filled with the smell of flowers and trees, not ammonia. Sun light streamed down on to her comb and face. Bonnie stretched out her wings and flapped them. Something in her clicked, and she immediately started scratching through the soil. This..... This was what a chicken was meant to do.
"Yes we do!, Welcome to REAL chicken life" she said waving her wing around."I'm Bonnie. Wow, this place is AMAZING! Do you guys live out here? I never knew there could be some much space!" Bonnie shifted uncomfortably on her itchy, sore feet.
"Woww!! This is SO COOL! What do you guys eat? I mean, back at the Cage-Place, humans fed us old moldy food every day." Bonnie shivered and fluffed up what was left of her feathers. "I can't believe we're actually FREE!!!!!!! You probably have nothing to worry about out here, right?"
Daisy rolled her eyes. "No! We don't live here! We live in another cage over there," she said sarcastically."I'm Bonnie. Wow, this place is AMAZING! Do you guys live out here? I never knew there could be some much space!" Bonnie shifted uncomfortably on her itchy, sore feet.
"I don't know, figure it out," snapped Daisy. Why was this fluff-brain acting so friendly! She thought to herself. "We roost where ever we want to," she said stocking off."So," Bonnie started, "Is there a specific place where we sleep, like a camp or something? And how will I be able to fly up to a tree?" Bonnie held out her wing and preened the only flight feathers she had left, which were only 4 scraggly ones.
