Celyn retracted one of her hands. The weight was heavier in one hand, but was still manageable. She shifted her weight to the balls of her feet, bending her knees slightly. Her right, dominant foot was about half a step in front of her body, taking a bit more weight than her left one. Her muscles stayed somewhat relaxed, but still tense enough to hold up the sword. She knew she couldn't go on forever like this, but she still would go on as long as sne could.


((I realized that I really like the word 'slightly' while I was copying it down again, so I changed some of my word choice xD))

missy smiled as the boy struggled and not more than two minutes later dropped the sword. in order for her to pass she, sam, and kaleb had to hold up their swords for an hour, and it took alot of training. "yeah, me to."she whispered back.

Sam just smiled.

Anna's sword started to tremble sightly, and a short time later her arm dropped. She sighed and looked to Kaleb, waiting with the sword down by her side.

"15 minutes. Well done. The rest of you, keep going." Kaleb said as he wrote down times.

Anna smiled and nodded, looking around the room at the others still holding their swords out.

fraun looked at the people staring at him. "do i have something on my forehead?" he asked in sarcasm. everyone looked away and fraun stood with his arms crossed in front of him right in front of celyn. "13 minutes keep it up!" he shouted not breaking eye contact with her. half of the recruits had dropped their arms, and most of them were boys.

Celyn kept looking at Fraun, her face staying emotionless. She noticed that her muscles in her right arm had started to feel the strain of the weight in the hand. Still, she kept the sword up, going for as long as she could.

Noa looked to her sword, holding it up as long as she could, before letting her arms drop down.
