The world of the dead and living RP ~ players needed

Caroline woke up feeling all the energy drained out of her body. A lady was holding her hands and smiling at her with tears in her eyes. "I'm so glad you're finally awake sweetie." The lady spoke with a quivering voice. Caroline looked at her confused, unable to recall who she was. A doctor stormed in, "What do you think you're doing!? Get out now!" The lady was pulled out of the room by two nurses.

Ivory shifted into bat form and flew away from her coven and to Shovar, enjoying the breeze. Unlike a lot of people in the vampire covens, she could withstand the sunlight for quite a while, and she'd been out a lot lately. She landed on the tree outside of her old house, hanging upside down on a branch. She could see her older brother, Marcus, inside doing his homework. She smiled to herself. She missed interacting with her brother. They were very close before she died, and were best friends. She'd seen him a few weeks after her death, of course, not in person, and he seemed as if he had been the one that died. Over the years, two years to be exact, he'd gotten better, as had her parents, though, he still seemed to have changed, not being as outgoing and active as he use to be. And it hurt her to see him like that. Today, he seemed better.

Marcus had the weirdest feeling that he was being watched and looked out the window. Outside, hanging from the tree in the front yard was a bat, hanging upside down on a branch. He'd seen the bat a lot, always near his house, or in the park, or at his school. It was as if it was watching him, and it was kind of weird. He shrugged and turned back to his homework.

Jonathan scratched in another tally into a skull of a bear with the sharp point of his bony finger. Another day, without finding her. He placed the skull on the counter next to his bed. It had been one year, and felt so d*** long, but even still he couldn't give up already.

After a while, Ivory decided to go back. She had school tomorrow, and wanted to get some sleep. She flew back to the coven, shifting back into her 'human' form, changed I to different clothes, and headed down the the dining hall, smelling the food already. Though, they were vampires, they did eat other foods besides blood. Though, the type of blood they drank was a blood substitute. They didn't drink real human blood like most humans believed. She took a seat at a table and chatted with a few 'friends.' She was very outgoing, and even though she was new, she knew almost everyone in the coven. So, she could still sit anywhere, and she'd still have people to talk to. She got her dinner and sat back down, taking a bite of her sandwich and a drink of the blood substitute drink.
