The world of the dead and living RP ~ players needed

J'lee looked around, eyes wide as she took in the huge forest. It was really beautiful, besides the dark grey clouds starting to move in.
Gretchen swung herself up into a tree, "Pretty cool, huh?" She grinned from where she perched, legs straddling the thick branch, "I love it when it rains." As if on cue, drops began to fall.

"N-No," Nathan stuttered, standing up. Man, why do I always have to be like this around girls? he thought, frustrated. "I- I'm N-Nathan." He said, stuttering terribly.

Maiya nodded, "Probably not." She grinned. "Actually, I'd like to see them go through with all the stupid things they said they should do." She pictured how ridiculous they would look.

"I'm Adira." she said, sticking out her hand.

Gen grinned back, "That would be interesting."

Nathan took her hand, briefly shaking it before letting go. He wiped the sweat on his pants, trying to hide how nervous he was.

"Oh, um, I'm Maiya." She said, sticking out her hand.

J'lee smiled. She loved the rain. It made we feel refreshed and lightened her mood. "Ya. This is awesome. I think this just became my favorite place." She murmured.
"Told you so." said Gretchen with an infuriating grin.

Nathan took her hand, briefly shaking it before letting go. He wiped the sweat on his pants, trying to hide how nervous he was.

"Oh, um, I'm Maiya." She said, sticking out her hand.
You call that a handshake? thought Adira. {Could't help it XD} She twirled a finger in her hair awkwardly, unsure what to do or say.

"Gen," she said, shaking.

Nathan was aware of how increasingly awkward the situation was becoming. "Um, uh, S- so how long have you been here?"

"Four years now." she replied.

Maiya frowned, looking at Gen. "You look familiar. Do we have any classes together?"

"Yeah…I think so. Science, maybe?"

Nathan nodded. "46 years," he said. His tone was sad; He remembered watching his dad hand himself after he died from cancer at 8. It was the worst picture he could imagine, but he couldn't look away.

Maiya nodded. "Yeah, I think that's it."
