Ugh... Not what I was hoping forI figured the first one was but I was hoping the sexton would be a pullet... I'm not sure where to get Wyandotte's to get a couple more pullets... I stumbled on these by chance. Sad now

I dunno. I think there's a chance that #2 is a pullet. The pattern looks pullety to me. Where did they come from? Could they be older than you think?
Ya I originally thought they were around 4-5 weeks. But the lady kept telling me younger....
She got them in a bin at a chicken swap. They team up on my smaller barred rocks and peck them a lot...
The second bird is larger and has much better feathers/markings than the other. I figured the other was a little roo cause it's starting to form some mini waddles... Lol.

Ok so you really don't know the age. I think it's a pullet and older than you think. That looks way too developed and feathered for 3 weeks.
Ok so am I right in thinking 4-5 weeks? It's quite the bully to my barred rock babies. And still thinking pullet?![]()
