The Wyandotte Thread

I believe it's from the chick being stuck in an abnormal position in the egg for too long. I've dealt with it more in ducklings(muscovies) than chicks but it was always the later hatchers it happened to. I had one duckling that's head was curled around like it was still in the "egg position", always looked like it was sitting on it's head when it was resting, lol. The drops started correcting it after a few days and it recovered fully.

Really pretty girls. Are they LF or bantam? How old are they?
Thank you :). They are large fowl. Two are roughly 6-7 months old and the other (2nd picture) is I'm guessing 4-5 months. Kinda lost track of the exact age due to combining 3-4 different hatches. Sorry for the late reply was out of town for a while.
 
Well my stargazer chick died.... but it was probably for the best. There may have been something else wrong. It did seem to have a hard time breathing.
