Hatchery Wyandottes are notoriously aggressive! I have raised some in the distant past and I had to carry a bucket in with me every day to put between myself and roosters, really the only true man fighters I have ever raised. Didnt keep them for long either!None of my wyandottes are aggressive. Maybe your friend had hatchery Wyandottes... that might make a difference. I have never owned hatchery Wyandottes so I don't know for sure.
I like that pair of whites you have they are nice
I am not going to be much help, but my Choc Pair (Choc Pullet and Split Roo) came from Jerry Foley. My whites..... IDK anything about them. I bought the eggs for a friend that just wanted pullets and when she was ready to get them I could not tell the pullet. They all had about the same color and size combs. Mine are LF. The only bantams I have are Silver Penciled Wyandottes.Thank you both. Both Bantams are 6 years old now and still look good. I just wish I could find a good standard breeder of chocolates and whites.
