Thanks guys! They are so addictive...my hubby wants another batch of BLW, so we are collecting again. I just love this breed. He just finished a new coop for our partrige wyandottes. They are young yet, but coming along nicely.

Those partridge are gorgeous, very good patterns forming. If you don't mind my asking, did you breed them yourself or buy then from a breeder. If so could you please pm his/her information. I am breeding partridge rocks and have been looking for someone to help me out with my projects. I have gotten some very good info from many breeders but I am always looking for more info. Again very nice partridge.

We have these 3 so far. They are very different in personality from our BLR birds. They take a little longer to warm up to people, but are very curious birds once they do. They seem to grow even slower than the BLR or SLW...if that is even possible!

Hey everyone!

So tomorrow is the big day! Going to pick up our rooster from Christine at a show up in Stevenson, Washington. We are really excited but a little nervous too as this will be our first rooster.

Here's the new pics she sent today:

Apparently his siblings don't think he should have a tail! Once we get him away from them, Christine said it should grow in nicely. I'm not sure which line this one is from. We are trying to figure out the best name for him but until then, we are calling him 'boy'. =-)

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let the Wyandotte people know that we have quite a few Bantams for sale. A few breeding pairs ( my personal exshow winning birds, now in breeding pens) of Silverlaced, Blacks (Including a Star winning cock) and a slew of young Columbians. I am going to be cutting way back on the birds here, so I'm letting a few diamonds go.I'm getting an inventory list together tomorrow & will be posting birds in the auction threads. Just wanted to let you all know first.

Now we know she is APA standard of perfection certified!! not bad for a hatchery bird!!
