Their first time having mealworms

We were out getting chicken food and decided to get some mealworms

The girl love them! Blue was taking a worm then running off with it and then coming back to get more

They were going crazy over them haha


You cant really see the worms but I took this when they were eating them and Blue is running away to eat her worm lol

Our hens luv mealworms! It gets crazy put there.

Haha I know right! They were stealing them right out eachothers beaks!

Yep.. Besides mealworms we give our hens cracked corn, old vegetables, stale bread, fruits, and leftovers. We once threw a mango out in the run and when we came back the only thing there was the pit.

Haha yeah, mine loooove food! lol they'll eat pretty much anything I feed them
