I would probably just use warm soapy water with a little dishwashing liquid for about 15 minutes. Rub off any dirt or debris. Dry her well before placing back in the coop, or leave her inside.

Never heard of colored epsom salts.I only have Epson salts that have food colouring on them. Would the effect her?
My cousin coloured normal bath salts with food colouring.Never heard of colored epsom salts.
Are these like bath salts?
May be other ingredients too.
Yes I did last nightHave you washed her feet yet?
Last year they had a very poorly insulated chicken coop and a few tips of their combs fell of. Could it be from last year? That's a great collection of photos. I don't think I see bumblefoot, the black spot on the bottom of her foot appears to just be a little leftover dirt. The green splotch is either bruising from an injury or frostbite in my opinion but as I mentioned earlier I'm not the best judge of frostbite because we have such mild winters here. She does appear to have some missing toe tips that are completely healed, which may be from frostbite in the past. This link has some good information on preventing further frostbite as well as treatment.
