THERE'S A DINOSAUR IN THE COOP...Hatching again, PICS.

Should be fine then, I would think. Good luck!

I think when I find pips in the eggs under the other broody I will be spending most of my time in the chicken coop to make sure she doesn't kill the chicks too.

May be of interest, or not .... but, all 3 of my broodies were first time broodies.

I know yours are, too. Maybe that has something to do with it. I am just not sure.

I know how you feel. I felt the same way!

when I went into the coop this morning the three eggs were there piped and the broody was GONE. Out having a break

so I go outside and get her and put her back one the eggs then she steps on one and now the shell is all shattered. So now I have the eggs under yet another broody.

I'll name them so it is easier for you all to keep up. Broody #1, the one that killed the chick. Broody #2 the one that just left the eggs then steped on one them. Broody #3 the one that has been mucking around and been broody on and off (now i think it could have been because of the lice)

so now the eggs are under Broody #3 and I don't know if she will stay on the eggs.
Should I just get them and put them in the incubator to hatch then give them back tonight or tomorrow night? will rising the humidity in the incubator affect the other eggs I have in there?

PLEASE HELP

I'm sick of this. I thought broodies were ment to be easy.
