Day 12 for my Buff Orpington eggs.. 11 of them total.. I am over half way through to my first hatch.. can't wait

After that..I have some Blue Laced Wydottes, Blue Orpington and Maran eggs due on the 22 or 23rd...

The anticipation is brutal!

Day 12
I candled a few eggs tonight and the australorps look normal enough (except one that looked dead

) but the bantams looked like they were on day 15/16 strange. It's like the chicks are the same size ( not quite but sort of ) even though the eggs are so different. the australop eggs are HUGE, as big as one of my chickens double yolkers and three times the size of the bantams.

4 so far. They are early.
