THERES A RAT IN ME FEEDER WHAT AM I GONNA DO ??

Hi all me and my OH have discovered a big problem my husband opened my treadle feeder just a bit a go to top it up and found a RAT in there!!!!!!
I don't understand its sposed to vermin proof how has this happened

I'd say your over run with rats for them to get into feeder during the day. Chicken steps on treadle and rat is ready to jump in. That's a lot of rats to be out in daylight.

Tamper proof bait box with chunx bait. It's that easy. No more rat problems. We keep one right in the run. You may see one or two holes now but wont be another month if unchecked and you'll have six holes plus. It's not fun at all. Keep them in check with bait boxes before they migrate to yours or neighbors house.
