These are roosters, aren't they?

I picked up some chicks from a school incubation project and one is certainly a rooster, but the other two acted hennish. When I re-homed the rooster, the other two grew up more and now I'm thinking they're both roosters, judging by their feathers. Which is really frustrating. I heard that hens in puberty will try to crow and I thought that was what was happening because they were REALLY bad at it.

from feathering they are cockerels, watching feather development helps a lot as if they aren't dominant you can confuse the behaviors and think they are hens
