BR's have a white spot on top of their head as chicks. Usually, if it is a cockerel the spot will be bigger.

his does make me feel more at ease about one of the chicks comb growth. It's super pale but has grown a bit but I know australorps sometimes have comb growth at a young age. Was worried I changed my male for another male
