Its the first snow of the year. They finally left their coop but they’ve been camped out by my door. Poor girls.
One of my two leghorns laid their first egg today too!

My original chickens (when I had only 10) would jump on our water pump and stare at my family while we were eating lunch or supper when it was cold and stare at us menacingly. Pretty birds!
