They accepted our offer!

We put an offer down on the cutest little yellow house. We won't be able to have a farm just yet, but we will be able to stop throwing our money away on rent and get a home for now, build up some equity, and get a place with land later.

In the meantime, the home we found has a fully fenced backyard big enough for chickens, bees, and a garden.

Wish us luck that that the seller's bank accepts the offer, then the inspection goes well, and then the rest of the closing stuff goes well.

Sweet! Remember to take lots of pictures.I am always amazed at how my yard.house has changed over the time we have lived here.The previous owners would not recognise it.
