Sounds like an egg tooth, and yes its very normal.. they (pretty much anything that hatches) use it to get out of the shell...

mine pecked at the yolk a little...and some babies def have a little more blood than the others...as long as they arent actually bleeding you should be fine. They are probably going to sleep for a few hours now...just let them be...Congratualtions! See? nature knows what it is doing.
 
they are a little young to be moving around a whole lot. They just used a lot of energy getting out of the shell. You should let them rest in the brooder. There's plenty of time to get dog and duckies use to each other!
