They grow SO FAST!!

By some miracle I was able to catch a picture of them in the same order 1 week apart. In the first picture they are 2 days old. They are now 1 week and 2 days old. How can they be so much bigger already?!

Enjoy each and every day, because the time will go by like a blur. You can literally see growth daily. Seems I was just getting my little day olds, then they were outgrowing the first brooder, then outgrowing the 2nd brooder, then I made the 3rd brooder ... and expanded it, and now somehow they're out in the coop and I heard my first cluck today...

It really helps to know which genetic makeup you purchased. Did you purchase the standard growth chicken or the quick grow ones?

It is amazing to see the change right before your eyes. I got mine a 3 days old and now they are 7 weeks. It is great to see each personality out of each chick. Welcome to the flock!

My 17 are my first chicks! And I know what you mean: they're growing like weeds!! Mine will be 3 weeks old on Tuesday and they change so much from day to day as their feathers grow out! I keep adding boxes to the brooder to give them more space. My contractors are supposed to start on my shoop (shed/coop) this coming week!!!
