Not that I really wanted then in the chicken coop but i don't have a true second coop so at least they are safe.

So i know there's no easy way to tell the boys from girls, heck i don't even have a good guess in thier age. I was told 3 months in November so that puts them about 5 months now. I know there is at least 1 girl, definitely a two tone almost honk like noise very different from the much softer chirp noise they all make.

I'm hoping of the 3 I'll get at least 1 pair and hopefully add a few more keets this spring.

But for now I just figured I'd share a pic or 2 of them, they follow my rooster like a bunch of lost puppies

Out of my 10 i had only 3 males are left and they live and roost with my chickens and they do just fine. The only ones that dont like them are the drake ducks. I have seen alot of people that have both chickens and guineas together.
They look so cute following the roo

He's been a very good rooster he's only about 8 months old and took charge of the pullets which are about 10 weeks younger when thier mama finally gave up brooding. He took charge of the guineas son as we brought then home even thigh they where in a seperate pen, every time we let the chickens out to free range he would go staight to the guinea coop and stay with them. He's very delicate with his ladies thigh it took a while for him to take charge of the flock as i have older hens that have never had a rooster. The guineas love him and follow him everywhere, I hardly see them not by his side.
