During the day I bring Zeke and Gilbert my month old ducks out for their outside time, they usually stay with Izzy and Hazel in the spare room as I had to put the in a really large dog crate and there is no room in my office as I have my 2 other ducklings Pippa and Louie and my little Corchin Bantam babies in the office with me while I work in small dog cage but they get to run around the office all day while I work.
Now that Zeke and Gilbert go out I feel bad for Izzy and Hazel so I bring them in my office with me and they think they own the place.

I want to point out they sat on my arm while I was typing the whole time, my job consists of constant tying and moving my hands

then when i go and spend time with them when they are in their room

Sally and luna think the world revolves around me and I am OK with that lol.. this is them whenever I come home, If I walk out the door they hear it and come running, I have to put them in the coop if I need to walk down the road for something because they will follow me. If they are in the neighbors yard (though my neighbors don't mind) all i have go say is get over here and there they are running at full speed to me. I think they are part dogs.. takes me longer than it should to pull out of my drive way as I need to make sure they are clear of the car

Not to mention the little ducklings at my feet all the time

I love working at home LOL

Dont even get me started on how I keep my rooms clean it is a process lol, but I have pee pads all over the floor (they are the ones Hefty makes just tried them for the first time they are all black and are great)

I shake those off a couple times a day. (no I don't just shake them all willy nilly all over the floor LOL) at the end of the night, I clean out both crates, clean it down, put some of the coop deodorizer pee pads , fresh hay, their food and water for the littlest ones is on a little board that makes it a little higher so yuckies don't get into it, that board gets wrapped in a pee pad, as to contain the mess. this all gets changed every night.

The bigger crate , the ducks water is actually a regular chicken waterer however, it sits inside a big dog bowl that also gets filled with water so the ducks cannot put their feet in and take a swim but can have enough water to dunk their heads.

I work from home so this is very helpful, it is a lot to do because it is something that requires constant cleaning. but I love these little guys and they are worth it to me.

Mind you I raised 5 kids all close in age, my last being twins, so I am used to always having to do something (they are all grown now and I have 4 grandkids)
