2 weeks ago our roosters had gotten something and we've been treating them for it so they're currently in quarantine. They were crowing every time the light was turned on and it was beautiful crowing. I'm the only one who likes the crowing so I'm really worried that something may be wrong.

They seemed to have stopped crowing 3 days ago and at first I thought it was because of dark we've been keeping the room but they were never like that before whenever we kept the room darker. They don't have their collars on to quiet them.

This is the tub that they're currently quarantined in.
They don't really have a proper lid but it's fine as they don't fly out when its open like this.

Any ideas on what could be preventing them from crowing??

Confined to that tiny tub has squashed their Joie de vivre.

What "something" (illness?) do they have and how are you treating it?

I'm not completely sure but whatever it is, Corid seems to have helped as they're just about back to being healthy again. I do know that it wasn't Coccidiosis as they didn't have the signs of it.

What were their symptoms?
Corid will only treat coccidiosis, so if that is not what they had, then it is purely coincidental that they are better after using it.
They are not crowing because they are either still ill or depressed. Knowing their symptoms would help. If it was a respiratory illness then that would obviously affect their crowing.
Also, if they are inside the house they may not be able to hear other roosters crowing and therefore they will have nothing to respond to.

They were shaking their heads a lot more than usual and had weird white stuff on their neck.
They've been in the house since I got them, aside from letting them go outside to enjoy the sunshine. They were crowing just fine until 3 days ago.

Have you been using No Crow collars on them? The head shaking might have been to do with that. Especially if they are young and still growing.
Can you describe the white stuff? Was it like froth or powder or clumps? Where on their neck was it?.... under their beak on the back of their neck or lower down nearer their chest? Did you take any photos? Had it come from their beak, nares, eyes or ears or even their vent perhaps? More information will help us to help you figure out what is going on.

The no crow collars were on very loosely.
The white stuff I think may have been egg sacs.
It was under their beaks.

Do you mean egg membrane? If so, have you been feeding them eggs? Otherwise how else would egg material get on cockerel's necks?
What you are saying is not making much sense so far. Hopefully someone else will better understand what is going on.
How old are they?

I meant, bug or spider egg sacs.
