My broody hen, Champagne, hatched the first of her five eggs yesterday. I just got back from checking on her and the remaining four eggs and two have pipped and I can hear the cheeping from inside the eggs!!!!

This is the second time Champagne had gone broody but the first time resulted in just one hatched egg. I'm soooo excited to see her tomorrow with hopefully five little guys and gals tucked up under her wings!!!!

Please send her good, positive hatching vibes!!! LOL!

Thanks for sharing in my excitement!! It is sooo hard to not take a flashlight and go check on them, but i really don't want to stress her out and disturb everyone else in the coop... Patience is a virtue, and one I've always been lacking in!!!
