My 2 year old hen is laying outside the nesting box and the egg shell is so thin it breaks when she lays.
Her normal diet is laying feed which includes oyster shell for a stronger shell.
What is your diagnosis and what is the solution?
Thank you and kindest regards.

Hard to know a solution until pinpointing the problem.
Could be she's not eating the feed and OS, or she could have a reproductive tract issue.

Do you have other birds that are laying 'good' eggs?
What breed is the weak layer?
Did this just start.... or....???
What brand/model of feed are you using?
Any other foods given?
Any other symptoms.....lethargy, swollen belly, loose poops, etc?

Oh, and... Welcome to BYC! @Mark Sizelove
Here's how to add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!
