And my family makes fun of me for being the "crazy chicken lady" but they sure don't mind the eggs!

My stepdad just gifted me with 35 lbs of almonds for all the eggs we've given him and my mom.

I don't know how you guys deal with that up there. I'd be a human popsicle in about 10 seconds.
 
We had a hot spell last week, had a Chinook roll in and the temp got up to 40 degrees to the positive side. Shirt sleeve weather! My friend's chickens are all panting and searching for shade!
