I would start by asking how many eggs were set. If every egg did hatch, then there's no way to get more pullets (although if you found a way to selectively kill cockerels with temperature, then you could get less of them.)I know that I should ask what the incubator temperature was when someone complains about getting 7 cockerels out of 10 chicks.
