Oh, I wish I could hope it'll be fun...!

I'll take pictures. I want to be able to say, wow! This bathroom is $10K better than it was before.

I've resigned myself to it costing at least that much. But, we're not ever moving, so why not have a nice bathroom?

We remodeled a bathroom a couple of years ago and I'm SO glad we did! We didn't spend quite that much on it but we also redid the plumbing all the way out to the well house. We put in a new ceramic tile non-slip floor, replaced the tub with a nice shower (we're old, a tub is a hazard), painted, etc. Didn't strip it down, just fixed what needed fixing in an old house built in the 60's. We love it and you'll love yours. Treat yourself, you deserve it!

The tub is the main thing that MUST go. It's original to the house, built in 1979, and it sure looks it. We're putting in a low step shower and a sliding door. No more gross shower curtains.

The sink is another thing that's going. It's 45 years old too.

I shall answer your question with another: What, exactly, am I fighting within that cave? If it is just dark and nothing else is going on, I am lying down. I am not standing, not fighting; I will be sleeping. If there is something in that cave, I need to know what it is before I answer with any honesty.

No, seriously though…I’ve been checking out this one cave and it’s pretty cool. You can jump into pitch black darkness and land in water at the bottom. It’s kind of like those dreams where you’re falling but wake up before you hit something
