It's easy. Use your kitchen chainsaw. The one used for ice sculptures not the one for trees. The kitchen saw uses olive oil instead of bar oil. Bar oil tastes terrible. You'll only make that mistake once.

There are bandsaws and blades made specifically for meat cutting. They work best on partially frozen meat.

Chainsaws make a lot of waste due to the width of the cut.

Many moons ago, I dare not utter the "F" word, but as I got older, I feel that at certain situation the "F" word is just precisely describe the exact emotion of the time, no other word would be as precise/exact. I do say it now, but only in the privacy of my home and my mind. Some situation/s I would scream it in my mind. It serves as a release for strong emotion.
Like this morning, I walked down to my chicken runs and they are muddy because of the rain we had last night... quietly in my mind....the word "F" and so I am off to remedy this situation as best as I can which is not much can be done.
