It's not an e mail, it's a pop up notice when I log into their website to print out postage.Make sure it's a legit email. That's a common phishing scam.

what they will do is lock your account, charge any credit cards you have on it, or they will just send it to a collection agency and screw your credit rating up as a debt not paid.
What's just so aggravating is you can't talk to a person about it, the sorry aa hires, if you go into the post office, tell you, well you have to call this and that number, and when you try to call the number (yes i KNOW this is a holiday, but this problem is EVERY day) you get a recording saying, due to covid we are undermanned and either flat won't answer the phone, or just never call back.
FWIW the IRS is the same way, you can not get in touch with a real person, it's the government, what do you expect?
