Them: So it's fixed then?

What I'd like to say: "Sort of... it'll probably work for a day and burst into flames."

I clean one. After dealing with everything that goes with one, I would never own one. You make almost no money compared to what you put into them. Dealing with the tenants alone is a nightmare.

I was going to buy one. After cleaning this one, absolutely not.
