Things you wish you could say

Nobody has even put an offer on the land. This is not a bidding war, this is a lazy realtor. When hubby and I bought our house ten years ago, I pretty much did that realtor's job. I don't want to do that again
If I were you, I’d get a hold of their boss if it’s a real estate company. If the realtor is his or her own boss running their own private company then I don’t know for sure…People can be a**holes sometimes. I’m sorry. :(

He is the "team leader" for his area so I don't think he has a boss. That's an idea though, I'll look into it. Thanks

We wanted to buy a house near us for my parents. When my realtor called, she was told that the house had already sold, despite the sign. When the sign didn't come down, I asked her to call again. Same story.

So we called the listing realtor directly. She showed us the house and we bought it. She just wanted the entire commission for herself.

Do you happen to be a member of a credit union? For example, Redwood Credit Union has a realtor service. I had great luck with the realtor that I got through them, and you get some money back at the end.

I used the same realtor to buy the rental house that I bought when the housing bubble burst way back when, and the same realtor to sell the house and my residence when I moved.

No, we aren't. Thanks for the thought though
