I used to do IT support, so I'm very used to wading through stories and extracting the important stuff. I find it far more frustrating to have to ask 20 questions and only get answers to 5.

I have to keep explaining this to my daughter. She goes on long meandering stories. She had to call a mechanic for the first time it was a struggle getting her to get to the point
