It is not raining. Wind is not gusting up to 50 mph. Trees are not coming down. There is no flood watch in effect.

Yeah, we got about 7 minutes of a tornado siren yesterday, a fair bit of wind then - nothing. It didn't even rain. Schools got out at noon to prepare for the bad weather supposed to happen around 5pm and it didn't even rain. THE WEATHER PEOPLE GOT IT WRONG!!! My Cessna pilot husband can predict the weather better than the people on the news station!!! Not a big surprise, but still. It irks me how everyone gets all worked up for usually nothing. But if I say anything or fail to prepare, I could be UNSAFE!

Mine tend to bounce off the walls during tornado season…Gotta watch the sky and radar to know/see what’s coming your way.
