Things you wish you could say

Reading through this, I realize that I had not made it clear that this was not specifically aimed at BYC members. It was, first and foremost, a rant about people in my everyday life that had neglected to send me a message (my brother forgetting about me hurt most of all). I apologize to all of you for not having clarified that. I am well aware that most people on here do not know when my birthday is, so it would be wrong of me to become angry at those that did not have that information.

(Though the entire post including the ETA part was aimed at one very specific person here. And yes, I am done with that person.)

But thank you so much to those that responded kindly to the post. I will try to be more clear when posting such things in the future, as I do not wish to cast such accusations on those that do not deserve it. You are all so very kind and wonderful, and I love being able to come in and joke and talk with all of you whenever I have the time.

Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding and for not being more clear.

Kay, I don't know you, except from here, of course. I am not going to wish you a belated happy birthday because that ship has sailed. I AM going to wish you a beautiful and joyful year going forward. And if I may ... your birthday is special because you were born on that day, I get that. But you are not special because you were born on that day. You're special because of who you are. And that's true every single day of the year. So - celebrate every single day!

We did not stop at a rest area on I 95 in Connecticut and pay $29.97 for a Big Mac, cheeseburger, fries, medium soda and bottle of water.

This is the first time it's been deliberate. I've had two dog attacks. One side of the greenhouse is completely covered in hardware cloth now, and I'm slowly working on the other.

This person was so vindictive that they even filled a bucket of water and threw my leather gardening gloves into it.

I actually already have the cameras, but I've been trying to figure out how to get them mounted. I don't care if I have to use duct tape now, they're going up today.

That is so horrible.

I'm still upset. I've done most of the cleanup, but I'm still sorting birds into their proper pens. My celadon line is gone. I had celadons in silver and grau fee as well as the more common rosetta and pharaoh.
